A brick short dress with a crochet bodice, tiered skirt, and a smocked back that fits itself.

Tiered cotton dresses come out of prairie and folk traditions, panels gathered one on top of the next so the skirt swings with every step. We added a crochet overlay and a lace panel through the bodice to dress this one up.

Spaghetti straps, crochet edging, and a smocked back that stretches to fit, with a skirt that runs short. Wear it with boots and a felt hat for a fair, or sandals and a straw tote around town.
