The things people ask before they buy. Anything else, email hello@trailandtailor.com.
Yes. Every piece on Trail & Tailor is made by Scully Leather, the western and leather house our family has run since 1906. Nothing is a knock-off or a house label stitched over someone else’s work. We only carry Scully.
Orders ship by UPS. In-stock pieces go out within 1 to 2 business days and you get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Delivery usually runs 2 to 7 business days depending on distance.
Flat $10 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $150. We ship within the U.S. only for now.
Men’s leather runs relaxed, with deliberate ease through the chest so it layers well. Women’s leather runs fitted and trim through the shoulders and waist. Western shirts are a classic fit. If you’re between sizes in leather, size up. Full measurement charts are on our size guide.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn’t right, as long as it’s unworn with tags attached. Email us with your order number and we’ll set it up. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. Refunds land within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
Keep leather out of prolonged sun and heat, wipe it with a dry cloth, and condition it a couple of times a year. Brush suede with a suede brush and treat it with a suede protector before first wear. Never machine wash or tumble dry leather. Our full leather care guide covers full-grain, lambskin, and boar suede.
Place a new order for the size or color you want and return the original. That keeps your new size from selling out while the first one is in transit back to us.
Often, yes. Scully produces most styles on an ongoing basis. Where we have a restock date it shows on the product page; otherwise email us and we’ll tell you what we’re expecting.
