Flat $10 anywhere in the United States. Free on orders over $150. We ship within the U.S. only for now.
Every order ships directly from the Scully warehouse in Oxnard, California, by UPS. In-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Delivery usually runs 2–7 business days depending on how far the package travels.
What you see in stock on the site is really in stock — inventory is synced with the warehouse.
If a piece isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original condition. Email hello@trailandtailor.com with your order number and we’ll set up the return.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we make it right at no cost to you. Once the warehouse receives your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For a different size or color, place a new order for the piece you want and return the original. That keeps your new size from selling out while the return is in transit.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you, your choice, and cover the shipping both ways.
