Trail & Tailor is an online retailer of western and leather apparel. Our pieces are manufactured and fulfilled by Scully Leather; Trail & Tailor is an independent retail brand and is responsible for your order, your payment, and your customer experience.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors happen. If an item is mispriced or goes out of stock after you order, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full — we’ll always email you first. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when the order ships.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable sales tax.

The site design, text, and Trail & Tailor branding are ours. Product photography is used with permission from Scully Leather. Don’t copy or reuse it without permission.
The site and products are provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trail & Tailor’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
