Ruffled Halter Dress

The halter cut keeps the shoulders bare, a shape that reads equal parts porch swing and dance floor. It's cut from Peruvian cotton so it stays light and breathes through the heat of the day.

The ruffled hem falls on an angle, dropping below the knee and longer on one side, with ties at the neck to set the fit. We like it with flat sandals and a straw hat for day, or boots and a denim jacket when the evening turns cool.
