The off the shoulder hi low dress in royal blue, oversize lace collar and a soutache skirt.

Oversize lace collar dropping off the shoulder, flattering on any figure, with an elastic knit waist. Soutache patterns the lower front skirt and echoes in lacing at the hem.

Royal blue reads dressed up on its own, rich and saturated enough that it doesn't need much help. Flat sandals and a jean jacket for daytime, or boots and silver for a night out.
