Suede And Leather Trim Backpack

The flap and cinch backpack is one of the oldest shapes around, the one that carried books before it carried laptops. This version works in soft suede with leather trim at the edges that take the wear, and a top strap that cinches the opening before the flap comes down.

Two straps with magnetic snaps hold the flap shut. There's a horizontal zip pocket up front, a large flap pocket on each side, and inside a zip pocket with two open organizer pockets. Leather shoulder straps carry it on the back. Wear it with a denim jacket or a wool overcoat.
